The Zaptec Pro is the perfect choice for larger parking spaces at housing associations, homeowners' associations, businesses, and new construction projects. This smart charging station combines efficiency with future-proof technology, such as Plug & Charge (ISO15118), enabling faster and simpler charging. Furthermore, the Zaptec Pro features an integrated MID meter and a self-closing cover for a neat finish. Thanks to the optional 4G upgrade, this charging station ensures seamless communication between multiple charging points.

Safety and Innovation Hand in Hand

The Zaptec Pro complies with the strictest safety standards and is equipped with:

  • An integrated Type B residual current device, which automatically trips the circuit breaker in case of earthing faults.
  • Internal temperature sensors that monitor heat development.
  • Automatic calibrations and self-tests before each charging session.

Thanks to a constant connection via WiFi or 4G LTE-M, the Zaptec Pro stays up-to-date with free firmware updates and new functions via the Zaptec Portal. This online tool provides insight into and control over energy consumption.

Ready for the Future

The Zaptec Pro supports bidirectional charging, allowing energy to be fed back into the grid.

Although the hardware is already ready for this, several things still need to be arranged before the software update becomes available. Please note that bidirectional charging involves AC power.

Zaptec Pro features dynamic load balancing and phase balancing technology, which means you utilise available energy more efficiently compared to traditional charging systems. This seamlessly distributes power across all vehicles without overloading the system. Our system thus guarantees an efficient and equitable charging experience for all users, regardless of their number.

Predicting future charging needs can be challenging. Start with two charging stations, knowing that you can easily expand to five, 15, 50, or 200 charging stations later without major, costly modifications. Whether that happens in one, three, or ten years.

Zaptec Go stands for quality and safety with built-in security that monitors the product through integrated sensors measuring temperature, overload, residual current, and humidity. The product has been externally tested to confirm that it meets all safety requirements of IEC 61851-1 and IEC 60364, and comes with a five-year warranty.

Rest assured that your vehicle receives exactly the amount of electricity you paid for. The Zaptec Pro (MID) is equipped with our own integrated measuring instrument that complies with the European Union's Measuring Instruments Directive (MID). You can also monitor the amount of energy used in each charging session from the display on the charging station.

MID-certified charging stations are mandatory in several European countries. In other markets, it is currently still optional, but it remains an advantage and a mark of quality.
