    Small, compact, and reliable. These three words describe the Wallbox Pulsar Pro charging station. The Pulsar Pro charging station is specifically designed for daily charging of your electric car. Thanks to its minimalist design, the charging station is ideal for home use. The Pulsar Pro is also OCPP-compatible for integration into any backend, making it attractive for business use. Thanks to the Dynamic Power Sharing function, it is possible to charge up to 100 chargers simultaneously without the risk of peak overload. The Pulsar Pro has a 5 or 7-meter cable with a Type 2 plug and a charging capacity of up to 22kW.


    The Pulsar Pro is easy to install, and its robust design ensures it is resistant to extreme weather conditions, water, and dust. The innovative Halo Light stand-by function displays the charging status and allows you to adjust the light of your charging station to your desired intensity. The Pulsar Pro comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.

    MyWallbox app

    The Wallbox Pulsar Pro has a very convenient MyWallbox app, with which you can plan your charging sessions and even view real-time statistics. Even if you don't have an internet connection, you can manage your charging sessions using Bluetooth. You will also receive notifications about software updates and the duration of your charging sessions.

    Through us, you receive a standard two-year manufacturer's warranty on this product. This means you can enjoy a well-functioning product without worries for two years.     4. Preparing the Charger

    Remove the two corner screws and carefully lift the cover. Then, gently disconnect the ribbon cable and set the cover aside.

    Switch off all connections before proceeding with the installation.

    5. Installing the Wall Plate

    Remove the tape from the wall plate to detach it from the charger. Then, level it and mark three holes with a pencil. Now, drill with a drill bit of the appropriate size and align the wall plate with the holes.

    If you are attaching your charger to a solid wall, use the wall anchors provided with your charger.

    Mount the wall plate to the wall, being careful not to overtighten the screws.

    If the power supply wiring comes from the wall, you must thread the wires through the hole in the wall plate before attaching the wall plate.

    6. Lower Connection

    Both lower and rear connections are possible when installing Pulsar Pro. If you wish to install the product using the lower hole, please follow the instructions below. For rear connection, please proceed to chapter 7.

    Lift your charger and hang it from the top of the wall plate. Fasten the charger to the wall plate using the appropriate screws, being careful not to overtighten them.

    Make an incision in the gland and feed the power supply cable.

    7. Rear Connection

    Make a hole in the back of the charger with a 32mm Step drill. Then, make an incision in the gland and feed the power supply cable.

    Fasten your charger to the wall plate and secure it with the appropriate screws.

    8. Electrical Wiring

    For three-phase No Neutral installation check compatible EV models supporting this configuration.

    The Pulsar Pro three-phase version can be installed with A – B setups.

    Make sure the maximum voltage between L & N inputs is lower than 264V.

    9. Closing the charger

    Set the power selector switch to an appropriate setting. Then carefully reattach the communication cable to the charger’s cover and close it.

    Make sure the selector is not on 0, 8 or 9. 

    Place the four corner screws to secure the charger’s cover. Make sure to properly align the bottom screw opening, place the decorative frame on your charger and secure the frame with the screw. Do not overtighten.

    10. Installing the plug holder

    Place the plug holder on the wall and mark the fixing points. Then drill holes where the fixing points are marked.

    Insert the anchor screws into the fixing holes. Then fix the device to the walls by inserting and tightening the screws.

    11. Registering the charger

    Download the Wallbox app and register.
